Perry M. Finkelman, CPM, RAM is Founder and Managing Director of the American Development Group, LLC, He has 35 years’ experience as a leader in real estate management, marketing, finance, investment and development. Mr. Finkelman has created over 4,000 apartments, and has successfully built and managed office, industrial and retail projects throughout the New York Metropolitan region. Additionally, Mr. Finkelman is a Partner and Managing Director of Automotion Parking Systems, and Willoughby Operating Company, LLC, a high technology company which develops automated high efficiency parking garages and develops and creates robotic garages throughout the United States. Mr. Finkelman has developed an integrated cash management system to operate with the automated garage systems, as well as implement vehicle recognition equipment software for vehicular tracking within the garage and as a revenue control device. He is also responsible for the planning development and strategic placement of hubs to service its clients and approach to growth of this industry in North America.

Mr. Finkelman graduated from the Bernard M. Baruch College of The City of New York and is a Certified Property Manager (CPM®) affiliated with Langsam Property Services, an AMO® organization, and a Registered Apartment Manager (RAM). Other professional affiliations include the Rent Stabilization Association, Community Housing Improvement Program (CHIP), Associated Builders and Owners, Bronx and Manhattan North Board of Realtors, Long Island Board of Realtors, and NYS Energy Efficient Building Association. Additionally, Mr. Finkelman was the Chapter President of the Institute of Real Estate Management for Long Island from 1992 Mr. Finkelman is on the Board of Directors of a number of organizations including the Long Island Division of the Jewish National Fund, The Jewish Children’s Museum in Brooklyn, and sits on the NYC Electrical Board as the Realtor member.

Mr. Finkelman’s firm currently has been featured in the NYT, various publications, Bloomberg News, for the innovative design and future implementation of North Americas Largest robotic parking system and building a NYC Park above the structure in Downtown Brooklyn. Numerous projects that Mr. Finkelman develops encompasses emerging local artists and incorporates those works into lobby finishes, hallway art, public space upgrades to create unique spaces with a vision.

Ari Milstein, Director of Planning

Willoughby Operating Company and Automotion Parking System’s Executive Director Ari Milstein is responsible for successfully introducing and sustaining automated parking in the Metro New York area and as well as North America.  Automated parking is the wave of the future when it comes to urban planning, especially in big cities.  Ari Milstein is responsible for introducing NYCs first-ever automated
parking garage on Baxter Street in 2007, which is still operating and successful today and is the most utilized transient car system in the world by turnover.  Automotion currently has automated garages in NYC, Brooklyn, DC, and many more in construction, and several garages in the planning stages.

Sean Coughlin - Chief Marketing Officer of North American Sales &Design

Sean Coughlin is responsible for sales and design for Automotion Parking Systems, LLC. Mr. Coughlin works with Architects, Engineers, Developers and Owners to develop creative solutions while utilizing AutoMotion Parking System’s automated technology. Mr. Coughlin focuses on designs that promote efficient, and reliable processes for client use, developing new streams of revenue and Mr. Coughlin was born in the suburbs of Boston Massachusetts where he attended Wentworth Institute of Technology and graduated with a Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Upon graduation, he moved to New York City where he started his career. Mr. Coughlin has worked in all aspects of the construction industry. Prior to Automotion, Mr. Coughlin worked at Skyline Windows, IMETCO, and Western Construction Group where he focused on designing and selling solutions to customers with unique and complicated project requirements.

 

Mr. Coughlin is an avid golfer and an active member at Ardsley Country Club in Ardsley-On- Hudson, NY. He is also active in local charitable events as well the Dobbs AutoMotion Parking System, LLC utilizes various designs to best implement a reliable and responsive garage for its clients and their future customers. The team consists of highly trained personnel who understand the garage business and how to best handle the clientele that uses it. The team also has extensive knowledge of local zoning codes and the approval process. AutoMotion's personnel are able to maximize the parking capacity at a site, often without any FAR impact. Additionally, Automotion offers innovative financing options to developers and garage operators.
