Perry M. Finkelman, CPM, RAM is Founder and Managing Director of the American Development Group, LLC, He has 35 years’ experience as a leader in real estate management, marketing, finance, investment and development. Mr. Finkelman has created over 4,000 apartments, and has successfully built and managed office, industrial and retail projects throughout the New York Metropolitan region. Additionally, Mr. Finkelman is a Partner and Managing Director of Automotion Parking Systems, and Willoughby Operating Company, LLC, a high technology company which develops automated high efficiency parking garages and develops and creates robotic garages throughout the United States. Mr. Finkelman has developed an integrated cash management system to operate with the automated garage systems, as well as implement vehicle recognition equipment software for vehicular tracking within the garage and as a revenue control device. He is also responsible for the planning development and strategic placement of hubs to service its clients and approach to growth of this industry in North America.
Mr. Finkelman graduated from the Bernard M. Baruch College of The City of New York and is a Certified Property Manager (CPM®) affiliated with Langsam Property Services, an AMO® organization, and a Registered Apartment Manager (RAM). Other professional affiliations include the Rent Stabilization Association, Community Housing Improvement Program (CHIP), Associated Builders and Owners, Bronx and Manhattan North Board of Realtors, Long Island Board of Realtors, and NYS Energy Efficient Building Association. Additionally, Mr. Finkelman was the Chapter President of the Institute of Real Estate Management for Long Island from 1992 Mr. Finkelman is on the Board of Directors of a number of organizations including the Long Island Division of the Jewish National Fund, The Jewish Children’s Museum in Brooklyn, and sits on the NYC Electrical Board as the Realtor member.
Mr. Finkelman’s firm currently has been featured in the NYT, various publications, Bloomberg News, for the innovative design and future implementation of North Americas Largest robotic parking system and building a NYC Park above the structure in Downtown Brooklyn. Numerous projects that Mr. Finkelman develops encompasses emerging local artists and incorporates those works into lobby finishes, hallway art, public space upgrades to create unique spaces with a vision.
As VP of North American Technical Sales, Amanda Kingsbury is responsible for partnering with Architects, Engineers, Developers and Owners to actualize creative spatial solutions and efficient, reliable processes utilizing AutoMotion Parking Systems’ automated technology.
Amanda brings to the position an extensive background in sales that includes leadership positions and recognized sales achievements in the Architecture and Design industries. As a passionate educator and frequent public speaker, Amanda specializes in forming strategic alliances and programs that adds value to the customers projects.
Prior to joining Automotion Parking, Amanda most recently directed National Façade sales for Casentino where she nurtured key relationships and developed strategic partnerships that led to significant revenue growth and headed a team of 60 people in marketing and technical sales.
Amanda holds a Bachelor of Science in communications and Public relations as well as a minor in International Studies along with a AS degree in Interior Design and is continuing her postgraduate education at Pratt Institute in architecture. Inspired by immersive art, Amanda enjoys experiencing as well as creating spaces that activate your senses. Her beloved young son shares this creative spirit- most recently teaming with his mom to build a replica of the Brooklyn Bridge out of recycled materials. Amanda views her role at AutoMotion Parking Systems as a collaboration of the arts, combining design and technology to create the ultimate customer experience.

The team consists of highly trained personnel whounderstand the garage business and how to best handle the clientele that uses it. The team also has extensive knowledge of local zoning codes and the approval process. AutoMotion's personnel are able tomaximize the parking capacity at a site, often without any FAR impact. Additionally, AutoMotion subsidiaries offers innovative financing options to developers and garage operators such as leases, management of operational garages, or even outright purchase of a location once it is built and operational.
Nada Ivkovic, CE has a total of 25 years’ experience in engineering, project and construction management and with AutoMotion Parking Systems, designing , and project coordination of Robotic parking systems in the US for the past 12 years.
Born in Serbia, Mrs. Ivkovic obtained a Masters of Science in Construction Management from Belgrade University of Civil and Structural Engineering.
She has been involved in development of hotels, hospitals, airport facilities, sports centers, power plants. She has hands-on-knowledge of construction management principles and industry standards; an extensive working knowledge in project controls, including cost and budget control, knowledge of all architectural and structural trades.
She is experienced in administrative and technical management of the project and the supervision of all activities related to contract administration, change orders, submittals, procurement, and schedule.
She is experienced in working in different countries that include: U.S.A, Serbia, Russia, Italy, and Malta.
