PERRY FINKELMAN, CPM, RAM
CEO
Perry M. Finkelman, CPM, RAM is the Founder and Managing Director of the American Development Group, LLC with more than 35 years of experience in real estate management, marketing, finance, investment, and development. Mr. Finkelman has created over 4,000 apartments and has successfully built and managed office, industrial and retail projects throughout the New York Metropolitan region. Additionally, Mr. Finkelman is a Partner and Managing Director of AutoMotion Parking Systems, and Willoughby Operating Company, LLC, a high technology company that develops automated high-efficiency parking garages and develops and creates robotic garages throughout the United States.
SAM STELZER
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Sam is the Managing director of AutoMotion Parking Systems. He oversees all aspects of the firm’s operations, sales, and strategic investments. He has consulted on thousands of projects throughout the US and Canada.
Sam is a leading expert in parking infrastructure design and investment. His primary focus at the firm is to advise AutoMotion clients on the financial and operational feasibility of utilizing an AutoMotion system.
Sam has an extensive career in commercial real estate and asset management. He has successfully built a number of real estate projects which utilized AutoMotion to add value and leverage the overall deal performance.
DAN MCCROSSIN
DIRECTOR OF DEVELOPMENT
Daniel has worked for AutoMotion for 15 years. He has been the primary technical representative for AutoMotion since its founding and today is seen as one of the leading experts in the industry. He is in charge of all new installations from design through installation and commissioning.
Daniel also built out the AutoMotion maintenance program which today is the most advanced service team in the nation. He oversees and manages all repairs and maintenance of all the completed projects, keeping a historical track record of all the AutoMotion systems operating at over 99.7% uptime.
ALEX MEHL
VICE PRESIDENT OF SALES
Alex Mehl joined AutoMotion Parking Systems in 2020. Alex runs all business development and sales initiatives on behalf of the firm. He is responsible for national sales and outreach. Alex interfaces with hundreds of developers and architects each week, educating the industry on the benefits and advantages of automated parking.
Alex started his sales career as a residential broker at the age of 18 and later worked in commercial real estate leasing office space in NYC before joining AutoMotion. Outside of running AutoMotion’s sales, Alex has been performing magic for private and corporate audiences for over a decade. He received his B.A. in Accounting from Touro College, Magna Cum Laude.
